And like on a fruit tree, a partner will appear… not necessarily on your schedule… or always in the confines of stereotypical roles… I’m a big fan of ugly fruit and vegetables… I don’t shop in a grocery store often—I thought this might be a metaphor for love and acceptance… and because something looks perfect it might not taste as good.
Someone wise once told me, and it made me think…
“You fall in love with a person.”
… one who loves and respects you and vice versa… maybe less people would be alone if they opened their heart to any possibility, friendship… and romantic love… in any evolutionary form…
